Job Summary:

NexSolv Group is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex problems when necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall service quality.
• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage difficult customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.

• Experience in a call center work environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or chat support platforms.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
